1. Account Registration & Use

Users registering as Seafarers or Recruiters must provide accurate, accurate, and current professional information, sea service records, certificates, and credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Maritime Verification & Compliance

Seafarers are responsible for maintaining valid STCW certificates, medical fitness documents, seamans books, and licenses. Employers and recruiters are responsible for complying with international maritime labor standards (MLC 2006).

3. Intellectual Property & AI Services

All branding, matching algorithms, and automated resume processing technology remain the intellectual property of Onboard.

4. Limitation of Liability

Onboard provides maritime recruitment tools as-is and is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential employment disputes arising from third-party contract agreements.
